Henry is Co-Owner & Director of the Campden Club, Institute for Private Investors (USA) and Campden Family Connect (India), combined, the preeminent global Membership Club for families of substantial wealth and their private offices, providing education, connectivity and support to over 1400 families from 43 countries.
Henry has pioneered the Family Co-Investment platform within the Club, allowing families to align interests and synergies, share knowledge and invest into opportunities between each other. For 7 years this platform has successfully brought together leading global families, allowing them to explore opportunities and ‘do business’ with qualified peers. Henry is head of the Investment Committee and personally reviews hundreds of opportunities a year.
In 2014, Henry established the ‘Women of Wealth’ programme for Campden, creating a unique community of over 345 female members. The programme is dedicated to supporting ‘women in wealth’ through best practice education, shared knowledge and global connectivity, providing a safe harbour for relationship development. Most recently the programme hosted a private interview with Victoria Engelhorn and Valerie Rockefeller, who discussed their values, legacy journey’s, mission aligned investing and approach to NXG education.
Henry also manages, teaches and oversights the Wharton Private Wealth Management Program, a 27 year partnership between Campden and Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. This program educates UHNW families across the core principals of private wealth.
Prior to owning Campden, Henry worked for 14 years in the Luxury goods sector including a Directorship at Smythson and personally worked for Her Majesty the Queen of England for 5 years. He was recently invited to Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Royal Family as a top judge for the Global Entrepreneurial World Cup Final, bringing together over 3000 entries from 92 countries. He started his career as a Sound Engineer, recording a number of global acts including Oasis, Shirley Bassey & Mark Knopfler.
